Personal Service:
The Law Office of Julia J. McKee prides itself on our personal attention to each and every one of our clients. When our clients call our office, they want to speak to their attorney, not an unlicensed assistant. Unlike other firms that will hand your file off to someone you haven’t met after representation begins, we believe you should speak directly to your attorney when you have questions or want to discuss your case. That is why you can always schedule a phone call or meeting with Ms. McKee.
In addition, Ms. McKee prides herself on her preparation and attention to detail. You won’t have to wait on hold while your attorney reviews your file to try to remember the details. Ms. McKee is personally familiar with the specifics of each client’s case, without needing to be “briefed” by staff in order to discuss it with you.
Results:
Beyond our personal service, we know you are ultimately looking for results. We will work tirelessly to achieve your goals, and we will be honest with you about the strengths and weaknesses of your case from day one. We will always look for the most time- and cost-effective ways to meet your needs.
Communication:
One of the most common complaints we hear when clients come to us from other firms is the lack of or poor communication from their previous attorney. In addition to Ms. McKee’s personal availability to you, we provide certain assurances so that you can feel confident that we will keep you apprised of your case at all times. Absent planned closure or emergency, your email or phone call will be returned no later than the end of the following business day (usually much sooner).
When you hire a law firm, you are entrusting your matter to one of many law firms in the state of Florida. We believe we have an obligation to earn and keep that trust.
